These terms cover use of the Furdo website. Design and execution work is governed separately by the signed agreement for your project, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Images on this site are high-definition photoreal renders or photographs of completed homes. Renders illustrate design intent for a specific floor plan and are not an offer.

Any figure quoted on this site is indicative. A binding estimate is issued only after site measurement, against a frozen drawing set.

Designs, drawings, renders, photography and text on this site belong to Furdo and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We keep the site accurate but cannot guarantee it is free of error or continuously available. Furdo is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of site content alone.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction.
